Yung Joc Skips Court Date In Cleveland For Trying To Board A Flight With A Loaded 9mm

Yung Joc Skips Court Date. E! Online Sarah Hall Yung Joc isn't goin' down without a fight. The Atlanta-based rapper failed to show up at Cleveland Municipal Court for his arraignment Wednesday on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Prosecutor Gayle Williams said Joc was considered a fugitive and a judge issued a warrant for the rapper's arrest. The rapper's attorney, Stanley Jackson, Jr., apologized and explained his client was out of town on personal and family business but stressed that he was maintaining his innocence.
Joc, whose real name is Jasiel Robinson, was arrested at Cleveland Hopkins Airport Sunday, after trying to board a Delta flight to Atlanta with a loaded semiautomatic handgun and ammunition in his carry-on bag. Joc, 27, told authorities he was unaware the gun was in his luggage. He was released Monday on $50,000 bail. On Wednesday, Municipal Judge Michael John Ryan doubled the rapper's bond to $100,000. The charge against him could result in a possible sentence of up to 18 months.

Pandemic records has released a new album from Garbs Infinite. The album is a mix of good rap tracks. Garbs is a dedicated cleveland artist and reps the land heavily. Garbs is the host of The Butters radio show. Mick boogie created the show in college and gave it to garbs. Garbs is on the same label as Saj Supreme. I like Saj's stuff too. He is an oldschool hardhitter who is still cranking out bangers. Garb's album is entitled "The conspiracy theory" Go see garbs at the phantasy on w.119th and detroit in lakewood febuary 2nd. The first 50 people get free cd's.

Al Fatz Sued Over Stealing Music

Gone In 60 Seconds Soundtrack producer Bill Levenson has filed a suit against Al Fatz. Al allegedely stole the hook for his song "I done came down" from the Levenson produced soundtrack. Its the first song played during the opening credits. I have to say after listening i would say he did it. The song is called "Sally Came up Cally went down" You have to hear it. I got his news from an employee of Scene magazine and i researched it. It is true. Go rent Gone in 60 Seconds tonight.

Cleveland Rapper Johnny Givens Officially Myspace Double Platinum

Alot of artists say they run myspace, But when you look at their song plays you can easily see they don't. Cleveland rapper/actor Johnny Givens Has hit 2.5 million myspace song plays and counting. Al fatz and chip tha ripper only have under 500,00 a piece with major promotion. I heard this story on z107.9 on The Jay Fresh Show and was pretty blown away. The 26 year old rapper is a breath of fresh air in this era of cappin and lyin. He has some of the realest lyrics i heard in a while. Johnny released his first cd "The Streets are Talkin" in 2004 and it sold 25,000 units independently. He is Bizzy Bone's right hand man and has worked with jadakiss, crucial conflict, psycodrama, mick boogie, vlad the butcher, bizzy bone and more.

Pooh Gutta Disses Royalty Camp

DreamlifeRecord's Royalty Camp has disbanded over a dispute at The View Nite Club in early january. Pooh has reportedly released a diss track aimed at the other members of Royalty Camp. I heard the song and i must say. Its alright. He takes a direct shot at the camp and disses them pretty hard. I wonder if there will be a retaliation track? I will keep my ear locked, an i will post the links as soon as the tracks are released. Al's camp had no comment yesterday, But say they are dissapointed at Pooh's behavior. As of what the beef is about????? I don't know. You have to listen to the track to find out.

Go to pooh's myspace site and listen the track
